How to Make Gold in WoW Forever, Levels 1 to 20

To make gold in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever) at levels 1 to 20, loot everything, sell items you do not need to vendors, pick a gathering profession and sell the materials on the Auction House. How do I make gold at levels 1 to 20?

  1. Loot everything, sell what you do not need. Mein-mmo (October 21) says "don't leave any loot behind." Blizzard says vendors buy unwanted items. Mein-mmo adds: sell only what you know the use or price of.
  2. Pick your professions early. Trainers are in starting areas or major cities, and K opens the Professions window (Blizzard Starter Guide). Mein-mmo says to avoid two crafting professions with no gatherer, because you would buy every reagent.
  3. Gather while you quest. Warcraft Tavern says starter zones have Copper Ore veins you can mine "even at level 1," and that a Junior Mining Trainer such as Kelsey Fargo in Northshire teaches it. Peacebloom and Silverleaf need Herbalism skill 1 and grow in starting zones such as Elwynn Forest and Durotar (Gfinity). Gfinity calls Herbalism plus Mining "the most reliable way to generate gold while leveling," one outlet's view, and mein-mmo suggests pairings such as Herbalism with Alchemy.
