Tirion Fordring

The story

Tirion Fordring is a legendary paladin and former lord of Mardenholde Keep, now living in quiet exile in the Eastern Plaguelands. One of the original five paladins anointed into the Knights of the Silver Hand, he was stripped of his title and lands for honoring a debt of honor to an enemy orc. From his modest cabin along the Thondroril River, he watches over the tragedy unfolding across Lordaeron and grieves for his son.

Before the ruin of Lordaeron, Tirion Fordring was renowned as one of the kingdom's finest knights. During the Second War, Archbishop Alonsus Faol chose him alongside Uther the Lightbringer, Turalyon, Saidan Dathrohan, and Gavinrad the Dire to create the Knights of the Silver Hand. Armed with plate, holy devotion, and the Libram of Retribution, Tirion led soldiers through brutal clashes against the Old Horde, including the bloody Siege of Blackrock Spire. He was revered as an unyielding paragon of the Holy Light.
