Eitrigg

The story

Eitrigg is a seasoned veteran of the First and Second Wars who stands beside Warchief Thrall as an esteemed advisor in Orgrimmar. Once a high-ranking lieutenant of the Blackrock clan, he became disillusioned with the old demonic Horde and lived in exile until an extraordinary friendship with a human paladin changed his fate. Today, he helps guide the New Horde back to its roots of honor and shamanism.

Born on Draenor into the Blackrock clan, Eitrigg was once one of Warchief Blackhand's primary lieutenants alongside Orgrim Doomhammer and Varok Saurfang. When Doomhammer seized leadership of the Horde, Eitrigg remained a trusted officer and oversaw the captured half-orc assassin Garona. Although he initially dismissed her revelations regarding Gul'dan and the demonic corruption of the Shadow Council, the horrific battles and ultimate defeat of the Horde in the Second War forced him to confront the dark reality. Sickened by the realization of how his people had been manipulated, Eitrigg walked away from the scattered remnants and retreated into self-imposed exile, seeking only solitude in the wilds of Lordaeron.
