Pick a voice in game under Options › AddOns › Lore Forever › Narration voices, or type /lore voice. Install as many as you like and put them in your order.

How to install a voice
  1. Unzip it into your AddOns folder, World of Warcraft\_classic_beta_\Interface\AddOns, so it sits next to the LoreForever folder, not inside it.
  2. Type /reload in game, or start the game if it's closed.
  3. Pick the voice under Options › AddOns › Lore Forever › Narration voices. Alliance and Horde lands play by themselves.

Not showing up? Watch for a doubled folder like AddOns\LoreForever_Voice_Female\LoreForever_Voice_Female\, and on the character screen tick AddOns › Load out of date AddOns. A voice that hasn't recorded a story hands it to the next voice in your order. Still stuck? Ask on Discord.

Languages

English, Deutsch, Español (España), Français and Português (Brasil) come with the add-on, nothing extra to download.

Lore Forever follows your WoW client's language. To read in another one, pick it in Options › AddOns › Lore Forever › Language, or type /lore lang.

The recorded narrator voices are in English, and in German and Portuguese (Brasil) for the zones' stories and answers, with French and Spanish on the way. Until your language has its own, Read aloud uses the game's text-to-speech voice; pick English to hear the English recordings.
