A Wowhead commenter (November 5) says he is in a small cove in Thunder Ridge at 40.4, 30.0, an elite with 950 health who "prolly" needs a duo. The two positions differ, and the player's is a single report, so treat both as a search area. Halikor casts Chained Bolt, which the wiki says arcs to up to three nearby enemies for 143 Nature damage each. The wiki says either faction can kill him, but the quest is Horde-only on Wowhead.
How do you beat Halikor?
No guide I opened gives a tested strategy. What the sources do give: he is level 12 and elite, the quest asks for a level 6 character. One Wowhead commenter suggests a duo. If you cannot find a partner, see elite and group quests, looking for group and leveling in a group.
Who is Kamari, and is there a related quest?
The wiki lists Kamari as an orc Apprentice Leatherworker in Orgrimmar. It also lists a second Forever quest from her, Beasts of Thunder Ridge, and Wowhead rates that one level 10, requires level 6, in Durotar, with a Light Leather Reagent Bag pattern.
