WoW Forever Dungeon Level Ranges: All 9 New Dungeons

The nine new dungeons in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever) run from the Hall of Thanes at levels 13 to 18 up to Shaper's Terrace at levels 58 to 60, according to Blizzard's dungeon post. Sources dispute two of the ranges, and a third was corrected.

Azeroth keeps its oldest secrets underground, and Forever opens nine more doors: a dwarven tomb beneath Ironforge, a titan facility in Un'Goro, sunken troll ruins off the Stranglethorn coast. Each one waits at a different stage of your climb.

Which dungeon level ranges do sources disagree on?

Two ranges are disputed and one was corrected.

  • Excavation Site: Blizzard's post and Warcraft Tavern's October 20 summary say 24 to 29. The October 1 beta notes, as reported by Warcraft Tavern, list "Excavation Site: Wetlands" at 26 to 31, and Kami Labs saw a group finder level of 26.
  • Ruins of Lordaeron: Blizzard and Warcraft Tavern say 15 to 20. Warcraft Wiki's Patch 1.60 page lists 15 to 22.
  • Krol'dok Stronghold: BlizzCon coverage listed 40 to 55. A Blizzard forum post of September 15 says Krol'dok will be for levels 40 to 45, and Warcraft Tavern reported the correction the same day.

When can you run the new dungeons?

Blizzard's dungeon post gives no date. Warcraft Tavern says the nine are planned for launch, and Gfinity reports four were playable in the beta (level cap 30), with the other five expected at full launch. Warcraft Wiki's Patch 1.60 page does not say which are open on November 4.

Warcraft Tavern's dungeon guide says Manor Mistmantle (see our Mistmantle Manor explainer) and Half-Pint Tavern appear in datamining but are not listed. The Warcraft Wiki roadmap promises two unnamed new dungeons in spring 2027 and two in summer 2027.

Which of the nine are open on November 4, the final ranges for Excavation Site and Ruins of Lordaeron, and whether Manor Mistmantle and Half-Pint Tavern will ship.
