Razorfen Kraul

The story

Tucked away in the far south of the Barrens, Razorfen Kraul is the ancestral heartland of Kalimdor's quilboar. These ferocious tribes revere the dense labyrinth of giant brambles as the sacred resting place of their progenitor, the fallen demigod Agamaggan. Today, the Kraul has grown aggressively hostile under the tyranny of the quilboar matriarch Charlga Razorflank, whose dark dealings threaten the entire region.

Ten thousand years ago during the apocalyptic War of the Ancients, the colossal wild god Agamaggan threw himself into the fight against the Burning Legion. The great boar was eventually slain in battle, yet his sacrifice preserved life on Azeroth. Legends tell that wherever his blood seeped into the earth, massive thorn-covered vines erupted, forming thick, defensive labyrinths across the southern plains. The quilboar, venerating Agamaggan as their divine ancestor, claimed these colossal thickets as their holy lands, establishing the greatest of them as the Razorfen.
