Great Forge

The Great Forge is the fiery heart and namesake of the dwarven capital of Ironforge. Situated at the very center of the city, its massive furnaces and famed Great Anvil never rest, producing legendary armaments and serving as the bustling center of civic life.

The Great Forge was the very first structure built by the early dwarves beneath Ironforge Mountain, and the grand capital grew in concentric rings around it. Molten stone and slag pour constantly from giant foundries into glowing channels, illuminating the cavern with an amber haze. At its center stands the massive Great Anvil, overseen by Master of the Forge Myolor Sunderfury. Renowned masters of metalwork gather around its rim, hammering out armor, tools, and weapons day and night.
