Magni Bronzebeard

Magni Bronzebeard is the Lord of Ironforge, Thane of the Bronzebeard clan, and ruler of Khaz Modan. A peerless smith and veteran commander of the Second War, he leads his mountainous kingdom through grief and political tension while championing dwarven archaeology across Azeroth.

The eldest of three brothers, Magni grew up keenly aware of the weight awaiting him under the mountain. When the Horde invaded during the Second War, he held Ironforge behind its impenetrable gates, emerging to pledge Khaz Modan to the Alliance of Lordaeron once the siege was broken. In the years of peace that followed, Magni welcomed his gnomish allies into the city after the fall of Gnomeregan, granting High Tinker Gelbin Mekkatorque and his refugees sanctuary within the mountain. To unite the fractured southern and northern kingdoms, Magni petitioned Mekkatorque to engineer an unprecedented subterranean marvel: the Deeprun Tram, connecting Ironforge directly to Stormwind.
