Cathedral Square

Cathedral Square is the spiritual and civic heart of Stormwind City, dominated by the majestic Cathedral of Light. Beyond serving as a place of worship and devotion, the bustling plaza houses municipal institutions like City Hall, the city orphanage, and the regional headquarters of the Argent Dawn.

Situated northwest of the Trade District and southeast of the Dwarven District, Cathedral Square serves as the epicenter of faith in the Kingdom of Stormwind. Dominating the skyline is the Cathedral of Light, the preeminent sanctuary for followers of the Holy Light across Azeroth. Priests, paladins, and healers gather here to study, pray, and train. Citizens, pilgrims, and local schoolchildren led by School Mistress Danna regularly mingle in the square for conversation and contemplation.
