Brother Kristoff

Brother Kristoff serves the Church of the Holy Light from the open courtyard of Cathedral Square, lingering in the shadow of the great monument to Uther the Lightbringer. Unlike some clerics who remain secluded within the marble cloisters of the Cathedral of Light, Kristoff works among the citizens and pilgrims passing through the plaza. In preparing his discourses—such as sermons on the Fortitude of the Spirit—he draws upon grounded, worldly analogies. He famously looks to technical treatises like 'The Stresses of Iron' to explain how the mortal soul endures pressure, comparing the inner resolve granted by the Holy Light to the tempered strength of worked metal.
