Trade District

The Trade District is the bustling commercial heart of Stormwind City, located immediately past the main gates and the Valley of Heroes. It serves as the primary hub for adventurers and citizens alike, housing the city's central bank, auction house, guild registry, and diverse merchant shops.

Crossing beneath the stone arches from the Valley of Heroes brings travelers directly into the Trade District. This vibrant open plaza acts as Stormwind's primary marketplace and logistical hub. At its center stands the Auction House, flanked nearby by the Stormwind Counting House, the city's main bank, and the popular tavern known as The Gilded Rose. The district directly bridges the gap between the military enclave of Old Town, the serene Cathedral Square, and the arcane avenues of the Mage Quarter, ensuring that coin, raw goods, and adventuring supplies circulate swiftly through the realm.
