Gryphon Roost

Perched along the ramparts just east of Stormwind's Trade District, the Gryphon Roost serves as the capital's primary transit hub for aerial travel. Managed by skilled Wildhammer handlers, it houses the majestic beasts that ferry couriers, soldiers, and adventurers across the Eastern Kingdoms.

Situated atop the fortifications overlooking the Trade District canal, the Gryphon Roost connects the capital with outlying Alliance garrisons and settlements throughout the Eastern Kingdoms. The flight network is orchestrated by the seasoned master Dungar Longdrink, who coordinates routes to Ironforge, Lakeshire, Sentinel Hill, and beyond. Alongside Dungar, Wildhammer kin tend to the sturdy beasts, seeing to their care, breeding, and harness training high above the bustling cobblestones below.
