Sentinel Hill

Sentinel Hill is the primary bastion of the Alliance in Westfall, serving as the command center for the People's Militia. Surrounded by overgrown fields, scavenging gnolls, and hostile outlaws, this fortified rise is the only secure foothold for lawful citizens in the region.

Perched on high ground in central Westfall, Sentinel Hill stands as a vital sanctuary in an otherwise lawless territory. It features a barracks-style inn, a gryphon roost connecting travelers to Stormwind and beyond, a forge, and a lumber mill, all anchored by the imposing Sentinel Tower. While the surrounding lands have fallen to banditry and ravenous beasts, the encampment maintains a fragile perimeter where travelers, beleaguered farmers, and recruits can regroup under the watchful eyes of veteran defenders.
