Dwarven District

Tucked into the northern corner of Stormwind City, the Dwarven District is a bustling industrial enclave filled with roaring furnaces, ringing anvils, and thick smog. Established by Ironforge craftsmen who arrived to help rebuild the capital after the Second War, it serves as the beating mechanical heart of the city.

Following the devastation of the Second War, King Magni Bronzebeard sent hundreds of dwarven artisans, stonemasons, and engineers south to assist their human allies in rebuilding Stormwind. Rather than dispersing throughout the capital, they established their own enclave in the northern quarter. Today, the district retains the unmistakable character of Ironforge, dominated by heavy stone masonry, sprawling smelting operations, and bustling craft shops. Between the heat of Potts' Plates and the tavern chatter of The Golden Keg, the enclave provides a familiar haven for travelers from Khaz Modan. It also houses the Stormwind portal to the Deeprun Tram, tethering the human capital directly to Ironforge.
