Stormwind Gate

The Stormwind Gate is the monumental fortified entryway connecting Elwynn Forest to Stormwind City. Guarded constantly by royal sentries, this threshold stands as the primary boundary between the tranquil woodlands and the grand Valley of Heroes.

Towering over the southern road of Elwynn Forest, the Stormwind Gate serves as both a defensive bulwark and a ceremonial threshold for the capital. Sentinels of the Stormwind City Guard maintain a constant watch across the stone portal, guarding the approaches from the forest while regular patrols march between the outer arch and the Valley of Heroes. Despite lingering unrest throughout Elwynn, the massive iron-and-stone gates remain wide open to welcome travelers, merchants, and returning defenders into the heart of the Alliance.
