Ruins of Stardust

The Ruins of Stardust are an ancient, fallen night elven holy sanctuary nestled on a lake island in southwestern Ashenvale. Once a serene place of worship, the island's waters and native bog beasts have suffered corruption from demonic rot washing down from Felwood. Despite this pervasive blight, luminous stardust shrubs still thrive amidst the crumbling stones, retaining potent restorative power.

Resting on a solitary island south of Astranaar, the Ruins of Stardust were once a venerated night elf holy site. Today, an eerie, sickly yellowish-green hue hangs over the water—a consequence of foul demonic rot draining south from Felwood, much like at nearby Iris Lake. The local plant life has twisted into hostile bog beasts that prowl the fallen masonry, their temperaments warped by the tainted lake.
