Talondeep Path

Talondeep Path is a winding underground tunnel boring through the mountain ridge between Ashenvale and the Stonetalon Mountains. Devoid of hostile creatures or travelers, it serves as a tranquil, natural subterranean passage connecting Mystral Lake to Windshear Crag.

Hidden beneath the rugged ridgeline separating Ashenvale and the Stonetalon Mountains lies Talondeep Path, a quiet subterranean route. The passage links the forests just west of Mystral Lake directly to the northwestern reaches of Windshear Crag. Unlike the dangerous surface trails haunted by predators and warring factions, the tunnel interior remains eerily calm, free of hostile beasts or encampments, though riddled with twisting side pockets, crevices, and natural alcoves in the rock. Above ground, faint remnants of an ancient surface road still linger, hinting that travelers once scaled the high peaks before this sheltered cave became the preferred route through the stone.
