Astranaar

Astranaar is the primary Night Elf settlement in central Ashenvale, built across a serene lake island straddling the ancient forest road. Serving as the beating heart of Alliance operations in the region, it provides vital refuge to travelers facing encroaching threats from hostile furbolgs, satyrs, and the Horde.

Situated atop an island in the middle of a forest lake, Astranaar stands as the largest night elven settlement in Ashenvale. Connected to the mainland by wooden footbridges spanning the waters, the town houses sentinels, priests, and artisans who keep vigil over the woodlands. In addition to offering basic comforts such as an inn, traders, and an expert leatherworker, its elevated perches host a flight master providing hippogryph travel to distant outposts across Kalimdor.
