WoW Forever Uldaman: Level 36-45 Dungeon in the Badlands
Uldaman is the level 36 to 45 dungeon in the Badlands in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever), an ancient vault with two entrances, eight encounters and quests for the Alliance, the Horde and both. Warcraft Tavern's Forever guide says it keeps the same layout and bosses as Classic, with a few updates to loot and rewards.
Quick answer: The main entrance is in the northern Badlands near Loch Modan, at about 44, 12. A back door opens in Dustwind Gulch at about 66, 43. The Lost Dwarves encounter is Horde only, and Ironaya needs two items found earlier in the dungeon.
Beneath the Badlands lies a vault built by the Titans. Tunnels full of elites lead down to it from one side, and a cave of troggs from the other.

Where are the Uldaman entrances in WoW Forever?
Warcraft Tavern gives two. The main entrance is in the northern Badlands near Loch Modan, at about 44, 12, and its path runs through excavation tunnels packed with elite monsters. The back door is in Dustwind Gulch at about 66, 43, inside a cave of elite troggs. Kami Labs gives the main entrance as 44.2, 12.2. What level is Uldaman in WoW Forever?
This one is contested. Warcraft Tavern's Forever guide lists levels 36 to 45, and its Classic guide lists a requirement of 30 with a recommended 35 to 45. Warcraft Wiki's infobox lists 15 to 30 and a separate Classic range of 42 to 52, and Conquest Capped says it is tuned for levels 42 to 52. Kami Labs shows a single "Level 35" with an entry level of 30. The sources have not agreed, so the dungeons overview and the leveling 30 to 60 guide are the places to check as launch approaches.
Who are the Uldaman bosses?
Warcraft Tavern lists eight encounters:
- The Lost Dwarves: Baelog, Eric "The Swift" and Olaf, Horde only; the guide says the dwarves are friendly to Alliance players. A chest drops the Gni'kiv Medallion.
- Revelosh: drops The Shaft of Tsol.
- Ironaya: needs the Shaft and the Medallion.
- Obsidian Sentinel
- Ancient Stone Keeper
- Galgann Firehammer
- Grimlok
- Archaedas: the last encounter on the list.
Conquest Capped says nine bosses, though its own list shows eight sections, one of which covers three named dwarves, so I cannot confirm how it reached nine.

For the Horde: Uldaman Reagent Run (Jarkal Mossmeld, Badlands), Reclaimed Treasures (Patrick Garrett, Undercity) and Necklace Recovery (Dran Droffers, Orgrimmar). For both: Solution to Doom (Theldurin the Lost, Badlands) and The Platinum Discs. Kami Labs lists 22.
What is the story of Uldaman?
Warcraft Tavern's Classic guide calls it a Titan vault that held the Titans' first creation, the troggs, and says the dwarves were their second creation, and that the Discs of Norgannon sit in the final chamber. Warcraft Wiki's page also describes the vault as the work of Titan keepers, with a stasis chamber for troggs, and mentions Dark Iron incursions. For the dwarves who live nearby, read the dwarves of Ironforge. The free Lore Forever add-on shows quest background as you play; it is fan-made.
What is not confirmed yet
- Level range: 36 to 45 versus 42 to 52, as noted above.
- Group size and rewards: Kami Labs says entry is capped at five players, down from ten in Classic, and that dungeon quests give far more experience. I did not find that in the other sources.
- Beta access: Conquest Capped says Uldaman was not open on the beta yet, while Kami Labs says there is no lockout on the beta.
- Loot changes: Conquest Capped names reworked rewards; Warcraft Tavern lists none.
