WoW Forever Shadowfang Keep: Level 20-26 Dungeon in Silverpine Forest
Shadowfang Keep is a five-player haunted fortress above Pyrewood Village in Silverpine Forest, listed for levels 20 to 26 in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever) and ending with Archmage Arugal. Warcraft Tavern's Forever guide counts nine bosses, including one rare, and says the dungeon has not changed much apart from updated loot.
Quick answer: Find the keep in the mountains just north of Pyrewood Village, around 44.5, 68.0, and bring a group of five. Its main quests are Horde quests. Alliance players have a longer road, though Warcraft Tavern says Skyborne characters can reach it fairly easily from Dalaran. Sources disagree on the level range.

North of Pyrewood Village the mountains hold a keep that was once a baron's home. Now, says Warcraft Tavern, Silverlaine's ghost haunts the castle and the wizard who called the worgen lives there with them as his pets.

Where is Shadowfang Keep in WoW Forever?
Shadowfang Keep stands in Silverpine Forest. Warcraft Tavern puts the entrance in the mountains just north of Pyrewood Village, around 44.5, 68.0, and Warcraft Wiki places the keep in southern Silverpine near the village. Method says the closest flight path is at the Sepulcher, and that non-Undead Horde players can take a zeppelin from Durotar to Tirisfal Glades and travel on. Method calls the Alliance journey longer and describes a route by boat. See the Silverpine Forest guide, the Tirisfal Glades guide and the Skyborne guide for the roads.
What level is Shadowfang Keep in WoW Forever?
The sources disagree. Warcraft Tavern lists 20 to 26. Method lists 20 to 30 and a 20 to 30 minute clear. Zockify lists a minimum of 14 and a recommended 18, and Kami Labs lists 18 with entry at 11. Warcraft Wiki's Classic page lists 18 to 24. The dungeons guide and the leveling 10 to 30 guide show the neighbors.
Who are the Shadowfang Keep bosses?
Warcraft Tavern and Method list the same nine, in this order: Rethilgore, Razorclaw the Butcher, Baron Silverlaine, Commander Springvale, Odo the Blindwatcher, the rare Deathsworn Captain, Fenrus the Devourer, Wolf Master Nandos and Archmage Arugal. Warcraft Tavern says Rethilgore must die to unlock the door to the courtyard, and that Wolf Master Nandos guards the door to Arugal's chambers. Method lists Arugal's abilities as Void Bolt, Arugal's Curse, Shadow Port and Thundershock. Method's own overview says eight bosses but names nine.
Which quests belong to Shadowfang Keep?
Both guides list three Horde quests. The Book of Ur comes from Keeper Bel'dugur in the Undercity, spelled Bel'dugar by Method. Deathstalkers in Shadowfang comes from High Executor Hadrec at the Sepulcher in Silverpine Forest. Arugal Must Die comes from Dalar Dawnweaver there. Method gives their levels as 16, 18 and 18.
Class quests differ by source. Both list The Orb of Soran'ruk for Warlocks and The Test of Righteousness for Alliance Paladins. Warcraft Tavern adds The Horn of Xelthos for Rogues, while Method adds A Moon-Kissed Blade for Horde Paladins. The class quests guide covers the wider picture.
What is the story of Shadowfang Keep?
Warcraft Wiki says the keep was Baron Silverlaine's, and that during the Third War the Kirin Tor archmage Arugal summoned worgen to help fight the Scourge. The worgen turned on the wizards and laid siege to the keep, and Arugal retreated there and adopted them. Warcraft Tavern says instead that he summoned them to protect Dalaran. Warcraft Tavern's outline otherwise matches: Silverlaine's noble keep, Arugal's worgen as his pets, and Silverlaine's ghost still haunting the castle. Warcraft Wiki adds that Forsaken agents learned Arugal was behind the worgen and their command ordered him slain. Read more in the Forsaken explainer, the Third War explainer and the worgen article. The free Lore Forever add-on shows quest background as you play; it is fan-made.
What is not confirmed yet

- Beta limit: the beta capped at level 30, so launch details may change.
