WoW Forever Dungeon Loot Tables: Where to Find Every Drop List
WoW Forever dungeon loot tables are on Wowhead's Dungeon Journal, which has a page per dungeon with its bosses, quests and a Drops list showing item, slot, type and boss; Method's dungeon guides also include loot tables, as of November 6, 2026. Blizzard's own pages describe the nine new dungeons but do not publish drop lists that I found.
Quick answer: Open the dungeon's page in Wowhead's Dungeon Journal (the address ends with the dungeon name, for example the-hall-of-thanes), wait for the Drops list to load, and check the dungeon's strategy guide for loot and best quest rewards.

Key facts
- Drop lists: Wowhead Dungeon Journal pages, one per dungeon, with item, slot, type and source columns
- Hall of Thanes: the journal lists drops from all four bosses, for example three items from Faldrim Anvilmar (Wowhead)
- Ruins of Lordaeron: the journal lists drops from all six bosses, including four from Witherfang (Wowhead)
- Appearances: every item that drops unlocks its appearance for every eligible looter (Warcraft Tavern)
Where can I find the loot for each dungeon?
Wowhead's Forever database has a Dungeon Journal. Its Hall of Thanes page shows the dungeon text, the bosses (Faldrim Anvilmar, Magmatus, Plunder and Durgen Dirgehammer), the quests and a Drops table. Faldrim Anvilmar's entries on November 6 were Spiritwraith Drape, Ephemeral Choker and Aetherwisp Bracers, each marked as requiring level 13.
The Ruins of Lordaeron page lists six bosses: Witherfang, The Baron, Viktor the Vile, The Abandoned, Bjork and Rath'mael. Its Witherfang drops were Highly Toxic Strain (a quest item), Segmented Spider Leg, Witherbite Bracers and Atrophic Girdle. Method's Ruins guide shows the same three equipment drops for Witherfang. Wowhead's strategy guides add a Loot section; the Hall of Thanes guide has a tab for each boss and a list of best quest rewards.
Why does a dungeon page look empty?
On my first read, both journal pages showed only boss names. The Drops tables appeared after the page finished loading, so a text-only reader or a slow connection can miss them. A missing list does not mean a dungeon drops nothing; reload, or check the strategy guide or item pages.
Do Classic dungeons drop different loot in WoW Forever?
Sources say yes, with little detail. Warcraft Tavern says dungeon rewards have been massively overhauled, with hundreds of new items in both new and old dungeons. Method's itemization article (September 15, 2026, by Jurdi) mentions "updated quest and dungeon gear". Wowhead's Deadmines journal page shows items such as Cape of the Brotherhood requiring level 19, and a player comment on Wowhead's dungeon overview says the original dungeons remain with reitemized loot; that comment is player-reported.
What else do dungeons drop?
Warcraft Tavern says every item that drops in a dungeon unlocks its transmog appearance for each eligible looter, so you do not need to win a roll for the look. It also lists Tarnished Undermine Real, a currency that drops in dungeons and is spent on additional rewards, and one Legacy Point for clearing a dungeon with each of the Novice, Experienced and Master Spelunker challenges. See Need vs Greed.
What is not confirmed yet
- Drop rates: none of the pages I opened gives rates.
- Every dungeon: I opened the Hall of Thanes, Ruins of Lordaeron and Deadmines journals, not the rest.
- Reitemization of Classic dungeons: Warcraft Tavern and Method say it in general terms; the Wowhead comment is player-reported.
- Seller sites: boosting sites publish loot tables too; I could not open one and did not use any.
Can the Lore Forever add-on and Willo help with this?
The free Lore Forever add-on does not list loot, but entering a dungeon brings up a short briefing with who you will face, in order, which helps you match boss names in a drop list. The add-on is fan-made, has no internet access and its narration uses generated voices. Willo, a separate companion app for Windows 10 or 11 and Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 12 or later) per her page, lets you ask questions out loud while you play, but I found nothing saying she knows drop tables, and she can be wrong. Wowhead's item pages are the source of truth. Willo is free to start with 50 answers a day. Both are fan-made and not affiliated with Blizzard.
