Westbrook Garrison

Westbrook Garrison is a Stormwind Guard outpost situated on the western edge of Elwynn Forest near the Westfall border. Manned by an overworked, under-supplied skeleton crew under Deputy Rainer, it serves as the realm's first line of defense against the encroaching Riverpaw gnolls and rogue bandits.

Positioned where Elwynn Forest begins to thin toward Westfall, Westbrook Garrison stands as a vital but struggling watchpoint. With much of the Stormwind Army committed abroad or tied down by political inertia in the capital, the outpost has been left critically shorthanded. Deputy Rainer and his handful of guards must patrol the western roads while fending off emboldened thieves and the vicious Riverpaw gnolls who have overrun the southern woods. Unable to secure formal reinforcements from Marshal Dughan in Goldshire, the garrison relies almost entirely on traveling adventurers to secure the highway.
