Felfire Hill

Felfire Hill is a blighted, demon-infested rise nestled in eastern Ashenvale. Struck by falling infernals during the Third War, its corrupted soil still burns with demonic power. The Horde maintains fortified guard posts on the bridges leading into the hill to safeguard their nearby settlements.

During the cataclysmic invasion of the Third War, flaming meteors fell across Kalimdor as the Burning Legion unleashed its dread infernals. Several of those fiery behemoths struck this ridge in Ashenvale, scouring away the ancient woodlands and corrupting the earth itself. Today, the scorched landscape remains saturated with fel energy and prowled by lingering demons who survived the Legion's defeat at Mount Hyjal.
