Dawning Isles

The Dawning Isles are a cluster of low-lying islets situated within Lordamere Lake along the eastern edge of Silverpine Forest. Once idyllic retreats, they have succumbed to the blight of the Plague of Undeath and are overrun by aggressive murlocs.

Before the Third War, the Dawning Isles were known as scenic keys resting on the calm, clear waters of Lordamere Lake. When the Plague of Undeath swept across Lordaeron, corruption seeped into the lake's shallows. The vegetation turned pallid and rotting, driving away idyllic peacefulness. Today, the Vile Fin murloc tribe dominates the muddy shores and tangled brush, aggressively defending their burgeoning colonies from anyone seeking to traverse the lake.
