Torn Fin Eyes are ocular organs harvested from the Torn Fin murlocs prowling the shores of Hillsbrad Foothills. They serve as a crucial reactive ingredient for the Royal Apothecary Society's grim alchemical research into new plagues.

The Royal Apothecary Society rarely lets any vile biological component go to waste in their quest to develop the Forsaken's New Plague. Torn Fin Eyes, harvested from the salt-crusted murlocs prowling the Western Strand of Hillsbrad Foothills, possess specialized organic properties needed to activate volatile alchemical compounds. When combined with Daggerspine naga scales, restorative troll elixirs, and gnoll-derived sludge, the optic tissues help stabilize and trigger toxic mixtures formulated to sow death across enemy territories.
