New Wetlands Quests in WoW Forever: 25 Quests Marked New, Levels 21 to 34
ForeverChanges lists 25 of the 65 Wetlands quests in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever) as New in Forever, from level 21 to level 34, and 11 of the 25 are Elite quests. Six more Wetlands quests are tagged Changed, and 34 carry no tag.
Quick answer: The new Wetlands quests start at level 21 with two small quests worth 170 XP each and climb to Stopping the Cycle at level 34 for 2,700 XP. The biggest new rewards, 2,550 to 3,200 XP, are Elite quests from level 30. Almost all of this comes from one database, so treat it as beta-era data.

Which Wetlands quests are new at levels 21 to 25?
Five quests, and they are small. ForeverChanges lists A Lack of Virtue and Unrequited Love at level 21 for 170 XP each, Alchemical Hazards and Spoils of War at level 22 for 1,750 XP each, and a new version of Return the Statuette at level 25 for 200 XP. Alchemical Hazards lists a Strong Anti-Venom as a reward. The older Return the Statuette, at 1,500 XP, is a separate row. Read these against the leveling 10 to 30 guide.
Which are new at levels 27 to 29?
Eight quests, and level 29 is crowded. Crocs of the Sky is level 27 for 2,200 XP and From the Ashes is level 28 for 2,300 XP. At level 29 ForeverChanges lists two Bloom of the Heavens quests (2,350 and 1,200 XP), Crimson Crate Delivery (1,200), Razormaw Needling (2,350), This Land Was Their Land (1,200) and Trying Times (2,350). One Bloom of the Heavens row lists a Bouquet of Auberdine Flowers.
Which are new at levels 30 and 31?
Five quests, and four are Elite. Carnage, Death to the Dragonmaw and Forced Disarmament are level 30 Elite quests for 3,050 XP each; Carnage lists Razormaw Shorts and Carnage Trousers as rewards. Old Habits is level 31 for 1,250 XP with a Flamescarred Spellbook and a Dragonmaw Buckler. Understanding Our Present is a level 31 Elite quest for 3,150 XP, and it belongs to Whelgar's chain. Which are new at levels 32 to 34?
Seven quests, all Elite. Bring Back a Bang and Spark of Freedom are level 32 for 2,550 XP each, and Gleaning Our Future is level 32 for 3,200 XP. Accessories of the Lost, Hearts of the Lost and Sentiments of the Lost are level 33 for 2,650 XP each. Stopping the Cycle is level 34 for 2,700 XP and lists Fallen Dragon's Scepter, Trusty Sword and Subdued Dragon's Fang among its rewards. ForeverChanges lists required levels of 24 to 28 for these quests, so a character can take them several levels below the quest level.
Which Wetlands quests changed instead of being added?
Six, per ForeverChanges: In Search of the Excavation Team (level 24), Blisters on the Land (26), Uncovering the Past (27), War Banners (28), Ormer's Revenge (29) and A Grim Task (34). ForeverChanges' own quest page for Uncovering the Past shows level 27 against the Classic level 28, and 2,200 XP against 2,300.

- One source: The list comes from a single database table. Only the four quests of Prospector Whelgar's chain had individual pages I could cross-check.
- Column reading: The table shows level and required level as run-together digits, and I read them as level then required level. They matched on the pages I could check.
- Rewards: Reward names come from the table's item links, and ForeverChanges' Giantstone Medallion page says quest rewards were not checked in the beta.
- Givers and locations: The table does not list them, so I give none.
