WoW Forever PvP Vendors and Rewards: Ranks, Honor and Gear
In World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever), you buy PvP gear with Honor from a vendor that Wowhead places in Stormwind or Orgrimmar, and each of 14 PvP ranks unlocks more rewards, from a tabard at Rank 1 to epic weapons at Rank 14. Blizzard's October 7 PvP article gives the rank list; Wowhead gives the vendor city and does not name the vendor, as of November 6, 2026.
Quick answer: Earn Honor in battlegrounds, from player kills and from PvP quests; Rank Points come from battlegrounds and PvP quests (Blizzard). Honor buys a blue set, and an Emboldened Seal upgrades a piece to epic once you reach its rank. Launch prices are unconfirmed; the figures I found are beta numbers.

Where do you buy PvP gear in WoW Forever?
Wowhead's PvP overview says rank rewards are bought from a vendor in Stormwind or Orgrimmar and does not name the vendor. ConquestCapped, which sells boosting services, names the Champions' Hall in Stormwind and the Hall of Legends in Orgrimmar; that is one source only. For the Darkspear Islands battleground, Wowhead lists two gear vendors, Bryanna Embreeze at Northwatch Hold in The Barrens and Creeg Bothunk north of Ratchet, without saying which faction each serves; ConquestCapped alone names Northwatch for the Alliance and Merchant Coast for the Horde. Their gear unlocks by reputation: trinkets at Friendly, weapons at Revered, hands and shoulders at Exalted.
What does each PvP rank unlock?
Blizzard's list: Rank 1 a tabard, 2 a PvP trinket, 3 cloaks, 4 a necklace, 5 combat potions, 6 a tabard, 7 a battle standard, 8 epic bracers or belt upgrade token, 9 boots token, 10 gloves token, 11 mounts, 12 legs or shoulders token, 13 chest or helm token, 14 epic weapons. Blizzard says to press C and open the Player vs. Player tab to see your rank, Rank Points and what you can buy. The top titles are High Warlord (Horde) and Grand Marshal (Alliance).
How much do PvP rewards cost?
Not confirmed for launch. ConquestCapped's October 9 guide lists September beta prices, for example 15,000 Honor plus 20 Alterac Valley marks for a two-handed Rank 14 weapon, and says an October 1 build raised most costs by about 50 percent, which it calls an estimate. Wowhead lists no costs. Check the vendor in game.
Where do you queue for battlegrounds?
Wowhead lists battlemasters in Stormwind Keep, Ironforge, Darnassus, Orgrimmar's Valley of Honor, Undercity and Thunder Bluff, and says you can also queue at a portal at the battleground's open-world location. Maps and brackets: the battlegrounds guide.
Does PvP gear help in PvE?
Icy Veins' PvP overview (September 20, datamining-based) said elite PvP armor looked like a cosmetic upgrade with the same stats. Blizzard's October 7 post describes an epic set, so that note may be out of date. See best gear and world PvP and honor.
What is not confirmed yet
- The vendor's name and the launch price list.
- Emboldened Seal costs; Blizzard gives only their rank requirements.
- Which faction each Darkspear Islands vendor serves.
- When the first season ends. Icy Veins says seasons last at least 10 weeks, from datamining Blizzard has not confirmed.
How can the Lore Forever add-on and Willo help with this?
Neither shows vendor stock or buys gear. The free Lore Forever add-on (fan-made, no internet access, narration uses generated voices) tells the story of the zones you pass, and Willo lets you ask out loud where a vendor might be. Willo is a separate companion app for Windows 10 or 11 and Apple Silicon Macs (macOS 12 or later), per her page; her FAQ and the Lore Forever FAQ say Windows and Mac, though CurseForge still calls her a Windows app. She is free to start with 50 answers a day and can be wrong, so confirm in the vendor window. Both are fan-made and not affiliated with Blizzard.
