WoW Forever Nightclaw Druids Reputation: Quests, Ears and Rewards on Zephras Isle
The Nightclaw Druids are a neutral faction of shen'dorei druids on Zephras Isle in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever), and you earn their reputation by finishing the Shadowgale Forest storyline and then turning in Al'Aketh Cultist's Ears to Vayn Moongaze, according to Warcraft Tavern. The same guide lists rewards at Friendly, Honored, Revered and Exalted, including a Shadowgale Squirrel pet and a title.

According to Warcraft Tavern, Lotheluum Starbreeze in Valanaar offers Unnerving Silence, and Elegael Thornpaw in Shadowgale Forest at 61.8, 39.1 continues the storyline. The quests it names are Tears of the Lady, Feathers for Binding, Unwanted and Unworthy, The Wounds of Betrayal and The Ties That Bind. After Commander Haalien, a Ripped Missive goes back to Lotheluum. Warcraft Tavern says the Shadowgale Forest quests take you about halfway through Friendly.

How does Mercy Falls on Deaf Ears work?
Vayn Moongaze offers Mercy Falls on Deaf Ears in the Nightclaw Cavern, in Shadowgale Forest. AllThingsHow (updated September 21, 2026) says it asks for 10 Al'Aketh Cultist's Ears, pays 1,000 Nightclaw reputation and 910 XP, and lets you choose Nightclaw Gloves, Shadowgale Pants or Cult Hunter's Boots. Warcraft Tavern says turning in the first 10 ears makes the quest repeatable through More Al'Aketh Ears, which takes 5 ears for 1,000 reputation.
How much reputation does each standing need?
Warcraft Tavern's table gives additional reputation of 3,000 for Friendly, 6,000 for Honored, 12,000 for Revered and 21,000 for Exalted, with total ears of 15, 30, 60 and 120. The page does not make clear whether those figures are cumulative or per standing, so use them as a rough scale.

According to Warcraft Tavern, Friendly and Honored give blacksmithing plans and leatherworking and tailoring patterns for level 7 to 10 armor, including Azure and Cloudy sets, and the page calls them not particularly worthwhile to farm for stats. Revered gives the Shadowgale Squirrel pet, item 280347. Exalted gives the Nightclaw Mantle transmog and the title "of the Nightclaw". Vayn sells level 10 recipes for Tailoring, Leatherworking and Blacksmithing, a pet and a shoulder transmog. A commenter on the Warcraft Tavern page says the title now works, and the author thanks them for confirming a fix.
Where do the sources disagree?
A Blizzard forum thread dated October 19, 2026 by the player Slideways says the repeatable quest was cut from 1,000 to 200 reputation per turn-in for five ears, and reports ear drop rates of 20% and later 32.5% from their own kills. Another user in the thread cites 15%. It is an unofficial player report, and no Blizzard reply appears on the thread. Warcraft Tavern lists 1,000 for the repeatable turn-in, and AllThingsHow, updated September 21 before the thread, lists 1,000 for the first quest. Warcraft Tavern also notes a duplicated item ID, 276938, in its rewards.
What is not confirmed yet
No source I opened shows an official Blizzard statement on the reputation values, so the 200 figure is unconfirmed, and so is the cumulative reading of the standing table. Warcraft Tavern's page carries no date. The Lore Forever add-on is a free download.
