How Long Does It Take to Reach Level 60 in WoW Forever?
No one has published a measured time to reach level 60 in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever): the beta stopped at level 30, so every full-road hour count is an estimate. The estimates gathered by Kami Labs run from about 50 to 200 hours, and the one measured figure is the beta average of 20.5 hours to level 20, which Mein-MMO reports from the developers' podcast.
Quick answer: Plan around the XP, not a clock: the road needs 4,084,700 XP, and more than 40 percent of it sits between levels 50 and 60. Published hour counts come mostly from sites that sell boosts or guides, and their own authors call them unmeasured.

Key facts
- Measured full-road time: none published; the beta cap was level 30 (Warcraft Tavern, Timesaver.gg)
- Measured beta figure: an average of 20.5 hours to level 20 in Forever, against 20.4 in Classic (Mein-MMO, October 5, 2026)
- Published estimates: about 50 to 200 hours, from LFCarry, wowforever.games and ExpCarry (cited by Kami Labs; ranges below)
- XP needed, level 1 to 60: 4,084,700 (Warcraft Tavern)
How many hours does it take to reach level 60?
Nobody can say from measurement. Kami Labs (published October 9, modified October 14, 2026) collects the public guesses and states that all of them are estimates; it quotes LFCarry as saying "Nobody has a measured Forever 1 to 60 yet." Timesaver.gg (updated October 27) agrees: every "hours to 60" figure online is a guess.
LFCarry gives about 150 hours; wowforever.games gives 100 to 120 hours for a first character and calls its work a theoretical analysis; ExpCarry gives 80 to 200 depending on how much you do. Kami Labs also notes that several of these sources sell boosts or guides.
What did the developers' beta numbers show?
One real measurement exists, and it is small. According to Mein-MMO (October 5, 2026), the developers said on their podcast that characters needed about 20.5 hours to reach level 20 in Forever, against about 20.4 hours in Classic. Mein-MMO reads that as Forever being no faster than Classic, only smoother, and adds that an optimizing player could be a little faster.
Level 20 is a small part of the road: Warcraft Tavern's per-level XP figures put it at 167,200 XP, about 4 percent of the total.
Why do the last levels take longest?
The curve bends upward at the end. By the same per-level table, level 30 is reached at 499,000 XP (12 percent of the total), level 40 at 1,154,400 (28 percent) and level 50 at 2,306,100 (56 percent). That leaves levels 50 to 60 holding about 43 percent of all the XP, 1,778,600 in total.
LFCarry's estimate, as cited by Kami Labs, has the same shape: 20 hours for levels 1 to 20, 50 for 20 to 40 and 80 for 40 to 60. Its first figure sits close to the developers' 20.5 hours; the later ones are one seller's estimates.
What speeds up or slows down leveling?
Several bonuses are documented. Warcraft Tavern lists Rested XP, Well Fed food (about 5 percent kill XP), the Well Rested talent, the Camp Tent and the Cozy Sleeping Bag, and says much higher-level group members reduce kill XP. Mein-MMO (October 5, 2026) adds that bonus XP sources cost time, so they do not make leveling much faster.
Kami Labs relays LFCarry's claim that mages and hunters level about 8 percent faster than average and warriors about 12 percent slower; that is a single seller's figure and should be treated as unconfirmed. See also leveling tips, rested XP and inns and the dungeons guide.
What is not confirmed yet
- No source opened gives a measured number of hours from level 1 to 60.
- The beta ended with a level 30 cap, so levels 31 to 60 were never timed by players.
- The estimates are dated between September 17 and September 30 (Kami Labs), before beta dungeon XP changed on October 1 and October 8 (Timesaver.gg); launch tuning is not confirmed.
- Hour estimates from LFCarry, wowforever.games and ExpCarry come through Kami Labs and were not opened at their own sites. Kami Labs says it is sponsored by RestedXP and earns commission on affiliate sales, and notes that LFCarry sells boosting.
