It is the quest before. ForeverChanges lists Understanding Our Present as a level 31 Elite that requires level 23: use the Goaz Stone near the Goaz Warder and bring its Titanic Keystone back to Whelgar. Hyjal.cc, UrGameTips (October 18, 2026) and the Rexas database agree:

Ados: the Dragonmaw Gates in the east, near Grim Batol
Modr: outside Dun Modr, to the north
Golm: beneath Grim Batol, east of Dun Algaz
Neru: behind Direforge Hill, to the northeast

How hard is Gleaning Our Future?

ForeverChanges tags it Elite. UrGameTips advises clearing the orcs near Ados first, keeping an escape route and bringing a group if the fights are too hard, and says the quest cannot be shared. The wowf.io database marks it as a group quest. See looking for group.

What is the Goaz Stone?

Warcraft Wiki says Prospector Whelgar, a dwarf of the Explorers' League tied to Ironforge, found a tablet in Titan script that speaks of a divine plan and a doomed prophecy. It names the Old Gods and was missing four fragments, Ados, Modr, Golm and Neru, which Uncovering the Past, the first quest in the chain, sends you to find. This lore comes from Warcraft Wiki alone; I found no second source.

What is not confirmed yet

ForeverChanges says this quest's details are updated as players of its addon see them in game, and that its Understanding Our Present and For Further Study data comes from Wowhead's Forever database until the beta confirms it. Wowhead itself would not load for me. Treat levels and rewards as beta data.
