Sen'jin Village
The story
Sen'jin Village is a coastal settlement on the southern shores of Durotar, serving as a sanctuary for the Darkspear trolls. Established by Chieftain Vol'jin after his people were driven from their ancestral home on the Echo Isles, the hamlet honors his fallen father, the witch doctor Sen'jin. Today, it stands as a fragile haven focused on survival, herbalism, and reclaiming what was stolen.
When the dark witch doctor Zalazane betrayed the Darkspear and seized control of the Echo Isles, Chieftain Vol'jin was forced to lead the survivors across the strait to the mainland of Durotar. There, nestled beneath coastal cliffs and looking out over the water, they raised crude huts and established Sen'jin Village. The settlement carries the name of Vol'jin's father, the venerable elder who sacrificed himself during the Third War to save their people from coastal murlocs. Despite their close alliance with Thrall's Horde, the trolls here live under the shadow of exile, staring daily across the shallows at the home they lost.
