Razor Hill

Razor Hill is the principal Horde settlement in central Durotar, nestled at the strategic crossroads between the Valley of Trials, the Barrens, and Orgrimmar. Centered around a prominent fortified barracks, it serves as the staging ground and training center for young orc and troll warriors testing their mettle in the harsh wilderness.

Built at a vital geographical junction, Razor Hill connects northern Durotar with the coastal settlements to the south and the sprawling plains of the Barrens across the Southfury River. Dominated by its stone-and-timber barracks and classic orcish burrows, the settlement was established early in the founding of Durotar. Shortly after the Third War, human forces from Kul Tiras lured the Horde into an ambush here under the guise of an emissary summit, an assault thwarted when Rexxar went in Thrall's stead. Today, the outpost stands fully fortified against further coastal incursions.
