Light's Hope Chapel is a sacred sanctuary situated in the eastern reaches of the Plaguelands, serving as the primary redoubt and headquarters for the Argent Dawn. Once a secluded shrine of the Church of the Holy Light in the Eastweald, it now stands as an enduring bulwark against the Scourge.
A Bastion in the Plaguelands
Originally a chapel of the Church of the Holy Light within the verdant Eastweald, Light's Hope Chapel endured the fall of Lordaeron to become a vital shelter in a blighted realm. When the zealous extremists among the survivors splintered to form the Scarlet Crusade, more temperate knights and priests banded together to establish the Argent Dawn. Choosing this secluded, hallowed site as their forward base of operations, the Dawn opened its doors to all races and factions—Alliance and Horde alike—united in the common crusade to purge the Scourge and reclaim the northern lands.
