Azurelode Mine

Azurelode Mine is an active Alliance iron mine nestled in the southwestern hills of Hillsbrad Foothills. Guarded by Southshore's militia and worked by human laborers, its steady supply of ore fuels the local human war effort against the Forsaken of Tarren Mill.

Situated southwest of the open farmland and just west of Southshore, Azurelode Mine has long tapped into the mineral-rich ridges along the coast. Before the Greymane Wall was sealed, these hills were considered part of Gilnean territory. Today, human miners labor deep underground under the watchful eye of Foreman Bonds, extracting iron to forge arms and armor for the Alliance defenders holding the region against the Undercity.
