Orendil's Cure is an urgent delivery errand tasked to Alliance travelers by the herbalist Orendil Broadleaf. After concocting a remedy from rare flora, Orendil sends the courier racing down the woodland roads to Astranaar to save a dying night elf child.

To reach Astranaar, follow the road south, then east.
