Warden Thelwater

Warden Thelwater is the besieged overseer of the Stockade, Stormwind City's underground maximum-security prison. Caught unprepared when a violent riot erupted among the Defias prisoners, he now desperately recruits capable adventurers to quell the rebellion before word spreads to the city above.

Hidden beneath the canals of Stormwind, the Stockade holds the kingdom's most dangerous miscreants, petty thieves, and political conspirators. Warden Thelwater was charged with keeping them securely locked away, but an organized revolt took the guards completely off guard. With the prisoners overwhelming security and taking control of the cells, Thelwater found himself barricaded at the threshold, struggling to contain an armed insurrection right beneath the streets of the capital.
