Lord Pythas

Lord Pythas, once a night elf warrior named Aryn, is one of the four corrupted leaders of the Druids of the Fang in the Wailing Caverns. Originally a childhood friend and sworn protector of the archdruid Naralex, he fell victim to the nightmare tainting the oasis underground. Now he wields both martial might and twisted serpent magic against any who try to reach his slumbering master.

Before adopting the moniker Pythas, this night elf was known as Aryn. A seasoned warrior and trusted childhood companion to Naralex, he served as the archdruid's personal guard when the expedition ventured into the dry wastes of the Barrens. Eager to better serve Naralex's ambitious dream of restoring lush life to the arid realm, Aryn took up the study of druidism, proving to be an exceptionally fast learner. However, physical discipline and martial valor offered no shelter against the insidious corruption waiting deep within the subterranean fissures.
