Gem of Pythas
The Gem of Pythas is one of four corrupted dream gems carried by the leaders of the Druids of the Fang within the Wailing Caverns. Held by Lord Pythas, it fuels the nightmare twisting the subterranean oasis and threatening the Barrens.
A Vessel of the Nightmare
When Naralex entered the Emerald Dream to restore the arid Barrens, his noble vision was twisted into a living nightmare. His foremost followers fell with him, styling themselves the Druids of the Fang and seeking to remake the surface world into a venomous jungle. Lord Pythas carries this resonant stone, one of four dream gems anchoring the corruption within the caverns. The gem serves as a conduit of their dark design and proof to the druids of Thunder Bluff that Pythas's twisted trance has finally been broken.
