Gem of Serpentis
The Gem of Serpentis is a dream gem carried by Lord Serpentis, one of the four leaders of the Druids of the Fang in the Wailing Caverns. It acts as a focal conduit for the twisted nightmare reshaping the cave network and threatening the Barrens.
Heart of the Serpentine Dream
When Naralex's slumber inside the Wailing Caverns succumbed to the Emerald Nightmare, his most devoted followers were warped into the fanatical Druids of the Fang. Lord Serpentis is one of the cabal's four leaders. Like the other three, Serpentis carries an enchanted dream gem that anchors their collective will to the corrupted vision. Recovering this gem breaks Serpentis's hold over the cavern's ecosystem, striking directly at the leadership directing the corruption spreading across the Barrens.
