Fleet Master Seahorn is a seasoned tauren mariner who serves as the naval commander of the Blackwater Raiders in Booty Bay. Stationed on the upper balcony of the Salty Sailor Tavern alongside Baron Revilgaz, he oversees the goblin port's maritime defenses. His primary duty is protecting the harbor from the looming threat posed by their sworn enemies, the Bloodsail Buccaneers.

A Bull on the High Seas

While tauren are renowned across Kalimdor as plains-dwellers, Fleet Master Seahorn chose a vastly different life upon the ocean. Clad in pirate regalia, he commands the fleet of the Blackwater Raiders, the private naval arm of the Steamwheedle Cartel's operation in Stranglethorn Vale. Stationed atop the Salty Sailor Tavern, Seahorn works shoulder-to-shoulder with Baron Revilgaz, coordinating shipping routes, crew deployments, and coastal defenses for the lawless yet strictly managed port of Booty Bay.

Eyes Across the Seas

Beyond repelling pirate raids, Seahorn manages varied commercial and salvage ventures across the Eastern Kingdoms. He coordinates recovery efforts for lost sunken treasures off the Arathi coast near Faldir's Cove, working with salvage divers to secure elven relics. He also keeps Revilgaz informed of lucrative opportunities passing through town, such as competitive angling and local trade, ensuring the Blackwater fleet stays well-funded and ahead of rival operations.
