Filled Etched Phial

Obtaining this phial demands infiltrating night elf territory deep within Ashenvale. The empty vessel must first be claimed from the dryads around Raynewood Retreat, whose delicate containers are crafted to hold pure restorative draughts. Filled subsequently at a sacred moonwell near the western bank of the Falfarren River, the phial captures water brimming with celestial, nature-bound power. To the night elves, taking this water uninvited is an act of blatant desecration, but the tauren see it as a vital necessity for addressing a regional threat further south.
