WoW Forever Westfall Guide: Sentinel Hill, Moonbrook, the Deadmines and Quests
Westfall is the Alliance farming zone west of Elwynn Forest in World of Warcraft: Forever (WoW Forever), where characters of roughly levels 10 to 20 work from Sentinel Hill, fight the Defias Brotherhood and finish at the Deadmines entrance in Moonbrook. Warcraft Wiki says the original zone remains in Forever. Warcraft Tavern's beta notes mention only changed respawn rates for a few quest objectives.
Quick answer: Report to Gryan Stoutmantle at Sentinel Hill, start The People's Militia and The Defias Brotherhood, and follow the chain to the Deadmines. Captain Grayson's lighthouse quests and the Saldean and Furlbrow farms fill the gaps. Duskwood is the next zone east.
Warcraft Wiki calls Westfall the breadbasket of the Kingdom of Stormwind. Sentinel Hill, Moonbrook and the Westfall Lighthouse are where its story is told now, and the Defias Brotherhood is at the center of it.

- Sentinel Hill: Gryan Stoutmantle gives The People's Militia (levels 12, 14 and 17) and Messenger to Westfall. Captain Danuvin gives Patrolling Westfall (14). Scout Galiaan gives Red Leather Bandanas (15).
- The Defias chain: The Defias Brotherhood starts at level 18 with Gryan Stoutmantle and runs through Master Mathias Shaw and a Defias Traitor to a seventh part at level 22. The wiki says the chain ends in the Deadmines.
- The farms: Verna Furlbrow gives Westfall Stew and Poor Old Blanchy, and Farmer Saldean gives The Killing Fields (15).
- Westfall Lighthouse: Captain Grayson gives Keeper of the Flame (16), The Coast Isn't Clear (19) and The Coastal Menace (20).
- Moonbrook: Part three of The Legend of Stalvan starts at the Old Footlocker in the Moonbrook Schoolhouse (28).

How do you get to Westfall and onward?
Elwynn Forest lies to the northeast, and Warcraft Wiki's Classic page lists flight paths from Sentinel Hill to Stormwind, Lakeshire, Darkshire and Booty Bay. What is the story of Westfall?
Warcraft Wiki says Westfall was a fiefdom of the Kingdom of Stormwind and its breadbasket. Its account of the decline begins with Stormwind's unpaid debts to the Stonemasons Guild, riots, and the murder of Queen Tiffin Wrynn. It calls the Defias Brotherhood former stonemasons who fell into hardship and became bandits under Edwin VanCleef. The wiki says Onyxia, as Lady Katrana Prestor, cut off the region's supplies, the fields went fallow, and the Stormwind Guard withdrew. Read the Onyxia story for her part.
VanCleef chose the Deadmines, a mining network beneath a barn in Moonbrook, as his base. Goblins joined the Brotherhood, and the wiki says its harvest golems were programmed to hunt Westfall's citizens. Gryan Stoutmantle founded the People's Militia because, in his view, Stormwind had abandoned Westfall. The free Lore Forever add-on adds readable background as you stand in each place, and the optional Willo Windows companion answers lore questions by voice.
What is different about Westfall in WoW Forever?
Warcraft Tavern's beta notes, written when the level cap rose to 30, say the pocket watch in Furlbrow's Wardrobe respawns much more slowly for The Forgotten Heirloom, while the undead for Collecting Memories and Foreman Thistlenettle for Oh Brother... respawn faster. They name no other change. The same notes list Duskwood, Wetlands, Redridge Mountains and Loch Modan with similar tuning. Warcraft Wiki's Classic page does not describe the beta changes.

- Forever quests: No source lists changed rewards, levels or quest text.
- Quest pages: Warcraft Wiki's quest table does not list Collecting Memories or Oh Brother..., so their details are unconfirmed.
- Level range: The Classic page and Mobalytics give 10 to 20, and no Forever-specific range is published.
- Beta data: The beta had a level 30 cap (Warcraft Tavern), and Blizzard News gives the launch as November 4, 2026. Details may change.
