Which add-ons help you find quests in WoW Forever?

Kami Labs (October 11, covering October 5) says Questie shows pick-up, turn-in and kill locations on the map but is not a route, and that Forever support arrived in version 12.0.1 on September 25. It adds that Questie's database comes from Classic, so new Forever quests, especially in the four new zones, may have no marker. Gfinity Esports (October 19) says Questie is "fully updated with all new Forever leveling zones." The two differ; Kami Labs' page is older. Per CurseForge, Forever Quest Tint tints quests missing from a vanilla quest list (updated October 19).

Which add-ons give a step-by-step route?

Kami Labs says Guidelime has no route itself and reads guides by others. The TUGs guide's CurseForge page says levels 12 to 30 were written with beta access and 30 to 60 "will be updated after release." As of October 5, Kami Labs says the RestedXP addon is free, levels 1 to 20 are free, the full guide costs $30 per faction or $45 for both, and dungeon routes and Forever level 35 to 60 routes come after launch; it discloses that RestedXP sponsors its videos and that the page has affiliate links. Whether paid guides are allowed is contested. Kami Labs, a paid RestedXP partner by its own disclosure, wrote on October 24 that RestedXP is not banned in Forever and that Blizzard has neither banned nor sanctioned it. It quotes WoWSoD calling the model "tolerance, not permission," cites Blizzard's add-on policy that add-ons must be distributed free of charge, and says no Blizzard employee replied in the forum threads.

Gamewave (September 17) reports that Blizzard said, just before the beta opened, that Forever shares the main game branch's UI architecture and most patch 12.1.5 APIs, and that Midnight's restrictions apply. Gfinity Esports says Classic-era add-ons will not load.
