Moonshrine Sanctum
Moonshrine Sanctum is an ancient elven shrine deep within Blackfathom Deeps, now serving as the inner redoubt for the Twilight's Hammer cult. Presided over by Twilight Lord Kelris, the chamber houses a pristine monument to Queen Azshara and directly guards the sealed entrance to Aku'mai's lair.
A Desecrated Temple
Situated just beyond the flooded Moonshrine Ruins, the Moonshrine Sanctum represents the central hub of cultist activity inside Blackfathom Deeps. Though originally built millennia ago by night elves to honor the moon and their rulers, the hall is now defiled by the Twilight's Hammer. Interestingly, the cultists have carefully maintained the towering effigy of Queen Azshara, seemingly untroubled by its subject. Under the watchful gaze of Twilight Lord Kelris, dark rituals are chanted day and night beneath the cavernous stone ceiling.
