Misty Shore
Misty Shore is the quiet lakeshore of the Alterac Mountains, skirting the eastern shore of Lordamere Lake. Stretching between Dandred's Fold and the perimeter of Dalaran, it offers wide, foggy views of the Dawning Isles and the sinister silhouette of Fenris Keep.
A Fog-Shrouded Waterline
Running along Lordamere Lake, the Misty Shore stretches between Dandred's Fold and Dalaran. Thick, damp air regularly drifts off the lake, obscuring snapping turtles and the occasional zealous fanatic who wanders down from regional strongholds.
Watching the Lake
From the banks of the Misty Shore, travelers look out across the waters toward the Dawning Isles and the imposing shadow of Fenris Keep. Because of its vantage point across Lordamere Lake and its proximity to both Dalaran and Scarlet-controlled pockets, travelers along the bank often keep a low profile to avoid unwanted attention.
