Lushwater Oasis

Lushwater Oasis is one of the three life-giving watering holes nestled in the arid Barrens, located just south of the Crossroads. Despite its verdant appearance, the oasis is fraught with danger, infested by aggressive Kolkar centaur and harboring the entrance to the Wailing Caverns. Its tainted waters are well-known to anglers seeking the peculiar Deviate Fish.

Situated a short march south of the Crossroads, Lushwater Oasis offers a deceptive respite amid the sun-bleached expanse of the Barrens. While its palm canopies and fresh springs draw thirsty beasts from across the savanna, Kolkar centaur claim the banks, lying in wait to butcher both game and unwary travelers. The oasis is also the gateway to the Wailing Caverns, whose sprawling underground networks seep corruptive energies into the pools above, breeding unnatural wildlife and bizarre mutations.
