Deep Elem Mine

Deep Elem Mine is an excavation site nestled in the heart of Silverpine Forest. Once an active operation, it was overrun when Archmage Arugal's dark magic swept through the region, transforming its miners into savage worgen.

Situated central to Silverpine Forest, the Deep Elem Mine once served the living inhabitants of Lordaeron as an ordinary resource vein. When Archmage Arugal unleashed the lupine nightmare upon the forest, his feral curse spread deep into the tunnels. The laborers inside succumbed to the affliction, turning into vicious worgen who abandoned their pickaxes to claim the cavern as a predatory lair.
