Chill Breeze Valley

Chill Breeze Valley is a rugged, snow-covered pass in western Dun Morogh linking the dwarven settlement of Kharanos with the embattled city of Gnomeregan. While its main path is a well-traveled thoroughfare for young travelers and refugees, its secluded recesses harbor dangerous beasts and bloody dens.

Chill Breeze Valley forms a T-shaped trench through the mountains of western Dun Morogh. The main east-west trail sees steady foot traffic from novice dwarves and gnomes journeying between Kharanos and the outskirts of Gnomeregan. However, straying into the valley's north-south offshoot is another matter entirely. Strewn with bloodstains and mangled carcasses, these shadowy reaches harbor ferocious predators—most notably savage wendigos that lair in deep ice caves and prey on anyone reckless enough to wander into their hunting grounds.
