Bael'dun Keep

Bael'dun Keep is an imposing dwarven fortification overlooking the Bael Modan excavation in the southern Barrens. Under the command of General Twinbraid, this fortress anchors the Alliance's controversial presence in the region, bringing them into violent conflict with the surrounding Horde territories.

Constructed according to designs by the dwarven architect Haggis Boatmurder, Bael'dun Keep serves as the fortified military heart of the Ironforge presence in the southern Barrens. Towering over the expansive excavation trenches of Bael Modan, the fortress protects the Prospectors and archaeologists searching for ancient titan artifacts. Heavily armed with ironworks and artillery, its garrison maintains a vigilant watch, securing dwarven supply lines and projecting Alliance martial power straight into Kalimdor's heartland.
